The Enasarco Fund is a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 4,000 units, both vacant and occupied. The assets are divided into two subfunds that differ according to destination, between residential and mixed (stores, offices, garages, warehouses). Most of the properties are concentrated in the urban areas of Rome and Mila n, with extensions also in neighboring municipalities such as Rho, Melegnano, and Pieve Emanuele. The assets are in different states of occupancy and preservation, requiring therefore differentiated divestment strategies. The marketing of the entire portfolio is entrusted to Gabetti Home Value, which takes care of its valorization through an integrated and clustered approach.
