Regional Manager
Gabetti Home Value is seeking a Regional Manager for the areas in which the Group has local offices.
This role will be key to driving territorial expansion in the assigned region, overseeing both the commercial activities related to the sale of newly built residential properties and the scouting, research, and acquisition of new real estate projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the real estate sector and a strong focus on results and local business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the sales activities of residential developments within the assigned region;
- Leading and supervising local sales teams;
- Mapping the territory to identify new real estate opportunities;
- Researching, analyzing, and acquiring new residential projects (land plots, developments, upcoming initiatives);
- Maintaining constant contact with builders, investors, developers, and local stakeholders;
- Monitoring the real estate market and staying up to date on urban planning and socio-economic trends within the region;
- Collaborating with the marketing team and central office to define promotion and pricing strategies;
- Preparing commercial reports and performance analyses;
- Building and coordinating a local sales team when needed.
Required skills:
- Solid experience in the real estate sector, preferably in new developments, residential development, and/or asset enhancement projects;
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with industry players (developers, builders, funds, SGRs);
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in the assigned region;
- Strategic vision, analytical skills, and operational autonomy;
- Strong commercial attitude and ability to manage and close complex negotiations;
- Familiarity with main digital tools and CRM platforms;
- A plus: registration as a licensed real estate agent (ex Ruolo Agenti Affari in Mediazione) and a good command of English.
