RE Sales Consultant - New Developments
We are seeking Real Estate Sales Consultants across Italy to support the marketing and sale of newly built residential units.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing all phases of the sales process;
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to prepare commercial reports, including through the collection of client-related data;
- Mapping the local area and its social context;
- Researching and reporting potential new residential development opportunities.
Required skills:
- Experience in residential real estate sales (preferably in new developments);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities, with a results-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency in main IT tools (Windows, Office, company CRM);
- A plus: registration as a licensed real estate agent (ex Ruolo Agenti Affari in Mediazione) and good knowledge of English.
