The fund promotes an innovative housing model that combines quality construction, environmental sustainability and social inclusion.Through the Housing Umbria project, the fund has created five new-build residential initiatives: Le Corti Perugine (Perugia), Living Bastia (Bastia Umbra), Abitare Gentile (Foligno), Vivi Cospea (Terni) and Vivere Gubbio (Gubbio).For each initiative, Gabetti Home Value has handled the marketing, structuring a tailored integrated marketing plan. Thanks to a coordinated strategy and territorial presence, Gabetti Home Value supported the Fund in effectively promoting each project, facilitating the meeting between housing demand and qualified supply.

It includes 752 apartments located throughout Italy, with a strong concentration in Rome (in different areas, from the city center to Lido di Ostia), but also in Bergamo, Brindisi, Florence, Latina, L'Aquila, Messina, Pescara, Modena, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rho and Cusago. To these are added garage, basements, stores, offices and parking spaces, which complete the portfolio and increase its potential value. The marketing of the entire portfolio is entrusted to Gabetti Home Value, which, thanks to its expertise in the national market and widespread presence in the area, is the ideal partner for the implementation of the fund's enhancement and sale strategy.

The assets are in different states of occupancy and preservation, requiring therefore differentiated divestment strategies. In the heart of Bergamo, one of the most significant urban regeneration projects of recent years is taking shape: the revival of the Ex Caserme Montelungo–Colleoni. The commercialization of the residential component is about to begin, forming an integral part of a development set to profoundly transform a currently disused area of approximately 25,000 sqm into a new, contemporary urban hub—open, vibrant, and connected. The project envisions an integrated system combining education, living, and services: a public university student residence, new classrooms for the University of Bergamo, newly built apartments, as well as retail spaces, green areas, and a new public square designed as a place for gathering and social interaction.
